At Varsity Spirit, we’re dedicated to fostering a supportive environment where athletes are empowered and informed about abuse and difficult topics. Our priority is athlete safety, and we have zero tolerance for any form of misconduct or abuse.<\/div>\n

We\u00a0train our staff to recognize and report\u00a0abuse. Our policies, in alignment with USA Cheer and USASF, strictly prohibit\u00a0misconduct, including sexual, physical, and emotional abuse, bullying, harassment, and hazing.<\/div>\n

These policies also include proactive measures such as limiting one-on-one interactions with minor athletes, travel and communication guidelines, and annual background checks for staff.<\/div>\n
