For example, 3 participants and one spectator would be the quad rate per person. The participants would each pay the participant quad rate and the spectator would be the quad spectator price. Registrations are taken on a first come, first served basis with deposit. After September 12, please call the Varsity Spirit office for availability at 800-238-0286 (option 2) for availability.<\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\">Cancellations on or before October\u00a03, 2025 will receive a full refund except for the $200 deposit. For cancellations between October\u00a04, 2025 and October\u00a013, 2025 an additional $100 per person penalty will apply. After October\u00a013, 2025, there will be no refunds.<\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\"><b>EXTRA NIGHTS:<\/b> A limited number of rooms are available for an extra late departure. Extended stay room rate is $410 per room per night (fee includes taxes and resort fee). Please indicate on your registration form if you wish to purchase an extra night. Early onsite registration will be available for those purchasing the extra nights beginning Sunday, November 30 and running through Tuesday, December 9.<\/p>\n<p><strong>OCEAN FRONT UPGRADE:<\/strong> A limited number of Ocean front Upgrades are available for an additional $135 per night, tax included. This would be an additional $675 for the 5 night package.
